Karachi-born Hamza Saghir specialises in change management and has been delivering large-scale risk transformation programmes in the financial sector across Europe and the Middle East for 15 years.
He serves on the board of Heathland Whitefriars Federation school academy, Clinova and Center of Aviation, a Pakistani-based institute specialising in training aircraft maintenance engineers.
Keen advocate of diversity, he sits on the steering committee of the CUBE network, connecting Muslim professional networks and is an external advisor to RBS Multicultural network.
In 2016, Hamza was selected by the British Council as an emerging Diaspora Leader and received ’30 Ones to watch 2016, rising stars of the City’ award by Brummell Magazine.
